This is an introduction to all grain brewing. During the day you will participate in the production of a batch of beer and receive tuition on the following areas;
- Recipe design and ingredients
- Brewing processes and equipment
- Fermentation and temperature control.
All participants get 12 cans of the finished beer To enjoy. You will also receive a copy of How to Brew by John Palmer. It’s the book I started brewing with.
All courses must be booked in advance.
